These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the website and staying at Lagbangan Eco Park & Beach Resort.

Booking

To make a booking online, you will be required to provide certain information including your full name. The name of booking holder must match with that of the registered guest staying at the hotel. You may be required to present an original and valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in for the purpose of verifying identity.

The price of your booking and the terms upon which payment and cancellations are made will vary according to your room, booking type and other factors, and you will be notified of these terms at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed once we have issued a booking confirmation with a valid confirmation number, that will confirm the details of your booking, and send it to you by email.

Check-in/Check-out

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM; Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office (subject to availability). If available, charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

(Refunding fee – P600 per night of stay per room)

– If reservation is canceled 3 days before arrival:

            Amount Paid – Tax – Refunding fee

-If reservation is canceled 1-2 days before arrival:

            Half Amount Paid – Tax – Refunding fee

-Cancellation upon arrival:  NO Refund

-No show on arrival: NO Refund

-Rebooking must be 3 days before arrival with  rebooking fee of P600 per night of stay per room .

-Upgrading of room is free of charge.

-Down grading of room is allowed with a rebooking fee of P600 per night of stay per room.

-Refunding or rebooking due to bad weather is only allowed if the coast guard of Northern Samar releases an official NO TRAVEL NOTICE.

Parking

Free parking is only available at the resort. Availability is limited and is provided on a first come, first served basis.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

3 Years old and below children accompanied by parents are free.

Valuables
  1. Guests must report any loss of or damage to their property immediately on discovery to the Hotel’s Front Desk, Security or other appropriate staff members, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by the Hotel to the police.
  2. Property that is left behind in the guest rooms will be kept for 2 weeks. All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending value. If we send articles back to the customer, we will charge a postage and packaging fee to the credit card on file.
  3. Guests shall not enter areas of the Hotel which are indicated as being closed to the public. The Hotel shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered by a guest in such areas.
  4. The Hotel shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or Negligence of a guest or an Act of God, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned.
  5. The Hotel is not liable and not responsible for any loss of property of hotel visitors and hotel guests who are checked-in the Hotel. The Hotel is not responsible and liable for cars or property stolen or for injury to persons, cars, or personal property on premises.
  6. The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Hotel’s control.
  7. Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that Bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate any Bookings to another hotel of similar size and standard in the locality. The Client acknowledges that the Hotel accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Client in consequence of the relocation of the Client.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Hotel does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by the Hotel’s negligence.
  9. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle, unless caused by the Hotel’s wilful misconduct.
  10.  Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel.
  11. All the keys and master keys of the hotel guest are just one copy only as per the system. In case loss of keys we ask the presence of the guest to initiate the request.

House Rules

Visitors: For the protection of our guests, all visitors are required to register with the Front Desk. Beyond 9:00PM, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.

Room Key: When leaving the Resort, please leave your room key at the reception desk. Lost keys will be charged P500.00 to the account of the guest.

Privacy: Guests are not allowed to use their rooms for any purposes other than normal peaceful residence. No disturbance of peace is permitted after 10:00 PM. Gambling or anybreach of the law is prohibited.

Damaged/Missing Items: Room furnishing and fixtures including linen, towels, displays, etc. make an important contribution to your comfort and well-being. Damages and losses of items in the room shall be charged to the guests account.

Payments: All transactions in the resort are in cash or GCASH basis only.

Pets:  Small breeds only.

Please clean up after yourselves: We try to keep our beach and resort as clean as possible. Kindly do you part by throwing all trash in the designated trash binds including cigarette butts. We practice trash segregation and recycling. Please place the trash in the respective bins.

Right Conduct: We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs or generally disrupting the peace at the resort.

Marine Sanctuary: Ther waters in front of the resort is part of a marine sanctuary. which is being monitored by the local community. It is illegal to take any corals, shells, and starfish from the water.

Room capacity: Room capacity shall be strictly observed.
